Please register with the Harbour City Hawks using the relevant form below, depending on the player's age.

Parents should fill in the form for players aged under 18, providing their contact details and approval for their child's participation. Parents who have more than one child in the club will be able to add extra children to their account once they have added their first one. Participants in Have a Go at Water Polo or the Two Week Free Trial should use the Under 18 Training and Membership form.

Players aged 18 and over fill in their own form (but many parents still pay the bills).

Tournament registration forms will appear as required, and are usually only used for a short period prior to an event.
